Preparation of your furniture made of LEATHER

With aging, leather furniture generally shows signs of wear, which are sometimes stronger or weaker depending on care, age, use and exposure to sunlight. It is an animal skin as a base material.

We humans also show similar signs of aging as our beloved classic furniture.

If you own such a 'classic' piece of furniture, but you want to continue to use it as usual for years, then talk to us.

Below is a small example. It is a Walter Knoll office chair from 1970-1975 . The armrests were in very poor condition, greasy and damaged. With manageable effort, the armrest was covered with new matching leather.

Dieses weisse Leolux Tango 3 - Sitzer Sofa war beim Kauf in einem recht guten Zustand. Das Leder zeigte sich nahezu perfekt. Jedoch hatten sich weiße Farbpigmente von der Oberfläche im Laufe einiger Jahre gelöst.

Neben der gründlichen Reinigung des Leders von Schmutz, Fett und gelösten Farbpigmenten erhielt dieses Sofa mit einer neuen dauerhaften Einfärbung neuen Glanz.

Der neue Besitzer durfte nach dem Kauf sich für viele weitere Jahre an einem nahezu neuwertigen Sofa erfreuen.

Eine solche Arbeit ist erheblich kostengünstiger als ein vom Sattler ausgeführter neuer Bezug des Sofas.
